Cambie—(August 13, 2022) To commemorate and celebrate their second anniversary, the folks over at Potluck Hawker Eatery have teamed up with Via Tevere Pizzeria for a tantalizing and tasty "Two Nights in Bangkok" fried chicken sandwich collaboration.

Behold, the khao soi pizza sub made with an extra-large piece of coconut milk fried chicken, curry sauce, American cheese, shaved onions, pickled mustard greens, topped with crispy noodles and fresh herbs on a signature wood-fire Saltimbocca bun served with truffle parmesan Malaysian shaker fries.

It's a deliciously mammoth portion Frankensteined into a Southeast Asian meets Italian fusion concoction inspired by the famous chicken curry noodle in Northern Thailand and Myanmar.

These culinary influences have been remixed by Chef Justin Cheung and company into a fried chicken sando held together by Via Tevere’s signature pillowy wood-fired dough.
