Coal Harbour—(September 28, 2020) After ten years, the Fairmont Pacific Rim hotel transferred operations of their street-level Giovane Café + Eatery + Market over to Kitchen Table Restaurants of Ask for Luigi, Di Beppe, and Pizzeria Farina fame over the summer.
Since reopening, Giovane and Executive Chef Alessandro Vianello have introduced their own touches including being the new temporary location for KT's popular Pastificio di Luigi (Italian for "Luigi’s Pasta Factory") pop-up, relocated from its former home inside Pourhouse, while tweaking other familiar elements.
