False Creek—(February 8, 2018) Science World's third annual charitable cocktail fundraiser, Science of Cocktails, topped itself once again in bringing together over thirty of Vancouver's finest bartenders and mixologists alongside 1,500 attendees to support their Class Field Trip Program.
vapourized gin and tonic (with grapefruit juice, soda, tonic water, and grapefruit vapour)
Date Justino cocktail (with single malt whisky, Medjool dates, and orange zest)
fat washed boulevardier (bourbon whiskey fat washed with Taiwanese pork belly, Campari, and sweet vermouth)
detailed old fashioned (with rye whisky, bitters, sugar, and water)
Expo 86'd cocktail (with vodka, spice syrup, smoke and oak bitters, and lemon juice)
As always, 100% of proceeds from the night's tickets sales goes towards funding school trips to Science World for children and students from underserved Lower Mainland schools with access to the venue.
