Financial District—(November 12, 2015) After sixty years in business as a fixture of the steakhouse dining scene, Hy's Steakhouse & Cocktail Bar has unveiled their partially redesigned restaurant including a brand new cocktail bar upstairs after a few months of renovations.
On this evening, guests sipped and socialized in celebration while enjoying their look at the contemporary yet still historically elegant setting. Still, Hy's remains all about a classic steakhouse experience with old school cocktails (old fashioned, anyone?) and comfort dishes including a few famous table side staples.
Despite the refreshed digs upstairs, Hy's continues to offer the same upscale steakhouse atmosphere and appeal in the heart of Downtown Vancouver.
