'Tis the season for holiday parties, festive gatherings, and winter menus. Yew at the Four Seasons Hotel threw a little shindig to celebrate all things Christmas related and show off their seasonal seafood offerings.
Chef Ned Bell (fresh off his chef of the year award win) featured his chilled and raw seafood "tackle box" spread with fresh local oysters, hand-peeled side stripe shrimp, lobster, Albacore tuna, and scallops.
The boozy while the children were sleeping eggnog cocktail made with Avalon Dairy organic eggnog and served in a festive, comical moose mug.
