From Seafood to Brunch x The Roof at Black & Blue x Glowbal

Weekend brunch in the city has become fierce as Black & Blue's brunch service extends to their new rooftop patio.

Despite the winter weather, the covered rooftop is well-heated and toasty.

We were treated to a buffet style sampling of their The Roof's brunch menu with more than a few seafood twists and add-ons (beyond their trademark steak offerings).

At the omelette bar, chefs whipped up some egg concoctions with Dungeness crab and smoked salmon.

Their dungeness crab bennys were nicely prepared with plenty of dill hollandaise sauce and flavour.

The Josper grilled tenderloin medallion was perfectly cooked as part of their signature steak and eggs dish.

Black & Blue offers a wildly diverse and intriguing brunch variety and was certainly enjoyable with some delightful dishes. The morning oysters, prawns, and mimosas certainly added to the affair.
