Brunch at The Templeton diner on Granville Street on November 24, 2010.
Kathy and I returned to The Templeton for brunch once again.
I had the aptly titled Big Ass Breakfast with pancakes, scrambled eggs, roasted potatoes, and turkey sausage. It was filling and good. I thought there was something lacking with a little flair missing.
Kathy had the cinnamon French toast which she could not finish. While they were good, it did not feel or taste as consistent as last time.
The Templeton's all day breakfast menu never fails to do the trick, but it was hard to fight off the feeling that something was slightly amiss. Nothing is wrong per se, it just felt a little off. Nonetheless, The Templeton is a solid choice for breakfast eats.
