Congratulations are in order for brand spanking new Yelp Vancouver Community Manager Cyndi Hunter.
Do not fret, Crystal Henrickson has gone on to bigger and better things at Yelp Canada.
Cyndi wanted to embark on her first event at a dive bar and she picked a good one.
The Brickhouse is this strange place on Main Street that looks more like a basement full of odd knick knacks than a pub.
I wanted to get in good with the new face of Yelp in Vancouver and we are clearly in good hands.
The night was full of strange jokes, board games and new friends. Colene, Jonathan, and I headed over after dinner at Lucy's.
The Brickhouse was pretty empty beside our large party and the actual bar was way in the back.
The place is charming but odd and the bartender was as well.
All in all, it was a fun night of random fun.
Cyndi and I even won at pool and I look forward to more events with the Yelp bunch.
