Mount Pleasant—(August 12, 2017) The second annual Vancouver Mural Festival (previously known as the Autumn Shift Festival before that) and its accompanying street party took over the closed off Main Street this past weekend showcasing many talented artists across East Vancouver.
Once again brought to you by the City of Vancouver, Mount Pleasant BIA, and the Burrard Arts Foundation, the public street festival unveiled over sixty new permanent mural installations by as many global artists.

VMF continues to brighten up public spaces with accessible public art in the city in addition to celebrating our creative communities. It certainly makes wandering the streets even more appealing.
