Hokkaido Ramen Santouka noodle house on Robson Street on October 27, 2011.
After a disastrous social experience at Loden Hotel, Sophia and I hopped over to Robson for some comfort food.
Needless to say, we went for some top ramen. I went with the spicy kara miso and she with the regular miso.
The bowl looked small at first, but it was deep, filling, and full of tasty, noodle goodness.
The pork loins were big and meaty. I'm not big on ramen, but I thought Santouka's was pretty sweet.
We also split an order of delicious, crispy gyōzas.
It was a fun adventure in late night Japanese dining for a staple meal.
It definitely brightened our moods and filled our bellies.
